*Customers can leave a note in the parcel on how many centimetres you want taken up. Otherwise that we aim to take a third (1/3) off of the original length. Invisible stitching technique is used for a seamless finish.

Upon receiving the garments, it can usually take 5-10 working days for us to complete an average order of 2-3 custom items.
Once the cut and sew process is finished, we then ship out the order.
As everything is hand-made, ample time and effort goes into each item to ensure you're getting the best quality product in return.
