OUR STORY

One man's trash, is another man's treasure.

Founded in late 2018 out of Australia, Unwanted FC is inspired by giving unwanted football jerseys a second life. We enjoy celebrating kits of the past, especially during a time when the gaps between football, fashion and sustainability closes in.

Challenger Club - Sustainability Brand in Football

Obsessed with the nostalgia that vintage football garments bring, we are also experts in the practice of upcycling - transforming once beloved garments at the end of their lifecycle into new functional designs such as tote bags, side bags, boot bags and more.

The opportunities for a jersey to live on are endless.

The journey so far

We promote collections of our own, and offer our custom upcycling service to football fans, brands, clubs & organisations.

Our long term vision is to have our ideologies implemented on a much larger scale through collaborating with like-minded partners. Ultimately this would mean:

  1. More consumers educated on the subject,
  2. Challenging traditional industry practices,
  3. Less waste ending up in landfill.

Alongside many others in our growing community, we believe that the future is circular.

From the two brothers and founding partners, welcome to Unwanted FC.
